About Ladybug Herbalist
Who we are
My name is Jessica Shifrin. I am a disabled veteran of the United States Army. I was a logistics officer for almost 10 years. I am also a Master Gardener with the University of Florida. I have had an interest in holistic options for many years now, as many medications are not an option because I am very sensitive to everything. I am a mother of two beautiful children with my husband of 20 years. We live on our (what I call) mini farm with 3 dogs, 2 cats, a bunch of rabbits, chickens, and ducks. I love growing herbs and trying to grow anything that will grow in our soil that will nourish our lives and bodies. As a mom, Solider, and wife; I understand the busy and crazy life of having a family and the responsibilities that go with that. This is why I have chosen this path: as I am a caretaker, and the importance of overall health when you have limited options. Options are with a healthy diet and herbal remedies. Finding solutions for people like me, who didn’t have options. Give ways to feel better and to be themselves again. I hope I get the chance to speak with each one of you to show you ways to improve your overall well-being and be a better version of yourself.
